This is Jesus, the reality, Chimney Watchers

Brompton Oratory are having Forty Hours for the Conclave. There Catholics are watching before the Lord, whilst the rest of us have joined with worlds media and turned into chimney watchers.

I must admit I have my mind fixed on that chimney but the Truth is on the altar of the Oratory is the Reality which will remain whoever is Pope.

So apt we use a puff of white smoke to show a successful ballot, and in the old Rite as the Pope passed to his Coronation that monk would set light to his flax which dissappeared in puff smoke and flame as he cried, "Sic transit gloria mundi".

Congratulations to the Fathers of the Oratory for doing it, and for doing it so well.
