Just to be unkind but did you know Clinton Richard Dawkins MA, D.Sc. (Oxon), FRS, FRSL, Hon. D.Litt. (Saint Andrews), Hon. D.Litt. (Australian National University, Canberra), Hon. D.Sc. (Westminster), Hon. D.Sc. (Hull), Hon D.Univ. (Open University)

wrote The ontogeny of a pecking preference in domestic chicks, according to Paulinus it was his Doctoral thesis.
Later he went on to write with M. Impekoven The ‘peck/no-peck’ decision-maker in the black-headed gull chick, which led inevitably to Bees are easily distracted.

When all is said and done he is a zoologist, after all.
